School/District PLTW Administrator of the Year
The School/District PLTW Leader award recognizes an administrator who was a champion of bringing PLTW to the school/district and actively supports the PLTW program and teachers. Not only are they visionary and supportive, they also contribute to the MA PLTW Community.
2018 Recipient – Alison Riordan, Plymouth Public Schools
Rookie PLTW Teacher of the Year
The Rookie PLTW Teacher award recognizes a Massachusetts Project Lead The Way teacher who is in their first 2 years of teaching PLTW and was an active member of the team with onboarding the PLTW program. Not only are they excellent at teaching, they also actively contribute to the MA PLTW Community.
2018 Recipient – Chakara Cardillo, Randolph Community School, Randolph Public Schools
Standout PLTW Teacher of the Year
The Standout teacher award recognizes a Massachusetts Project Lead The Way teacher who stands out as a highly effective teacher in the MA PLTW community and is making a real impact for her/his students. Not only are they excellent at teaching, they also actively contribute to the MA PLTW Community and are a teacher leader at their own school.
